Class Summary

DeleteROD	Mini-application that allows the user to delete either a master plate set or all of the logs from a particular experiment.
GuiManager	Handles all of the initial setup of the GUI window, and deals with all incoming events from the {@link DataManager).
RodFrame	The main class of the application.
RODTree	Mini-application that allows the user to view the structure of the protocol for experiments in the database, and delete parts of the subtree.
UtilityMethods	Contains a series of static methods intended to simplify coding interfaces in Java Swing.
